Lynx Syndicate (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides guided outdoor, hiking, trekking, and expedition-style activities, which may involve physical exertion, environmental exposure, and inherent risk. Participation is voluntary.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You are physically and mentally fit to participate

• You truthfully disclose relevant medical conditions when asked

Lying about your fitness helps nobody.

3. Nature of Activities & Assumption of Risk

Outdoor and mountain activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Slips, falls, and injuries

• Weather changes

• Altitude effects

• Terrain hazards

• Equipment failure

• Remoteness from medical services

By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that you are responsible for your own actions and decisions during the activity.

This is not a sightseeing bus tour.

4. Bookings & Payments

• A booking is confirmed only after payment (or deposit, if specified)

• Prices are communicated individually or published on the website

• All prices are subject to availability and change

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

5.Cancellations & Refunds

By the participant:

• Cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or no refund

By Lynx Syndicate

We may cancel or modify activities due to:

• Weather conditions

• Safety concerns

• Insufficient participants

• Force majeure (events beyond reasonable control)

In such cases, we will offer:

• A rescheduled date or

• A refund, where applicable

We don’t negotiate with storms or avalanches.

6. Equipment & Responsibility

Participants are responsible for bringing required personal equipment unless stated otherwise

• You are responsible for checking that your gear is functional and appropriate
• Damage caused by negligence is your responsibility
• Required personal equipment for each activity will be clearly specified in the relevant tour or trip description.
• Lynx Syndicate reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual whose equipment is deemed unsafe or inadequate for the activity.
• If you show up unprepared, consequences are on you.

7. Health & Medical Responsibility

You confirm that:

• You are in suitable physical condition

• You understand the physical demands of the activity

• You carry required personal medication

• You notify us of relevant conditions when requested

Lynx Syndicate is not responsible for undisclosed medical conditions.

8. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Lynx Syndicate is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage resulting from inherent risks of outdoor activities

• We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings

• Participation is at your own risk

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Insurance

Participants are strongly advised to have:

• Personal travel insurance

• Medical and evacuation coverage

• Activity-appropriate insurance

If you skip insurance, that’s your gamble.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Use content for commercial purposes without permission

We reserve the right to restrict access if needed.
